I walked up and they saw me and helped me with my issue within 35-40 minutes. The practitioner was helpful in confirming my suspicions. They were able to prescribe a medicine. I thought I would be there for over an hour but it went very smoothly and efficiently.

Outstanding experience. I set a time the night before, slight wait once was in the room but well work it. PA was amazing - asked questions, examined me, talked about what she thought was going on and at the end, summarized everything for me. Sent prescriptions right away to pharmacy. A great experience thanks to her!

We had such a great experience at this urgent care. At first we were told we might be waiting for an hour but we ended up getting seen after about 15 minutes. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in because my boyfriend was having some pressure in his ear and the doctor was so helpful and provided a treatment plan. Great urgent care location!!

They truly care about you, and give advice in every aspect, especially the young lady at the front desk with orange hair and older nurse, both were there late on 4/17. I wish I got their names. Creating an appointment online was extremely simple, and I was in and out 37 minutes. Doctor was extremely honest, stating I received meds I don't need. It's worth the travel to come here. It genuinely feels good to know this place is open.

I had a skin reaction from poison ivy and was able to book an online appointment within a few minutes. Since I don’t speak English well, they provided an interpreter, which helped me a lot. The staff was friendly. My appointment was quick, and they prescribed treatment for me. Highly recommend!

Great staff. Professional, courteous, friendly. Clean facility. Not treated like a number and rushed out. MA and PA listened with understanding and asked questions. Lauren, PA and Michelle, I believe MA or possibly Nurse, have great bedside manner. I highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you for taking time to care for people in Pennington and surrounding areas.

Friendly staff and HCPs that care about patients and the quality of care provided. I went into their clinic with a laceration to my right leg and they were able to see me within 15 minutes of my arrival. They quickly examined my wound, cleaned it out thoroughly, used 5 sutures to close it, and then dressed it. Glad I went to their clinic instead of an emergency room! I will definitely go back if I need urgent care again in the future!

Best urgent care experience (as long as you make an appointment online). I feel sorry for everyone who had to wait this morning - the room was packed, standing room only, before 9. The service is wonderful, starting with the front desk receptionists. They are welcoming and helpful. I was seen by Dr. McCool, who was wonderful. Despite the busy morning, she was upbeat and thorough. I had a great experience and will come here for urgent care from now on.
